What is the difference between two-core cable and three-core cable in use?

The difference between one and two core cables and three core cables:

1. Different uses

Two-core cables can only be used for single-phase power supply lines, such as 220V. Three-core cables can be used for three-phase power or single-phase supply cords with ground wires.

2, load is different

The maximum load current of a three-core cable with the same diameter is smaller than that of a two-core cable, which is caused by the speed of heat dissipation of the cable.

3. Quantity is different

Generally speaking, the three-core cable is the fire line, the blue is the neutral line, and the yellow and green are the ground lines. In general, the brown cable is the fireline, the blue cable is the neutral line, and there is no ground cable.

Second, the method of cable damage prevention

In the process of daily production and household wires, there are often short circuit, burning, aging and other damage phenomena. The following are three daily emergency measures in case of wire insulation damage.

1. The current through the wire should not exceed the safe carrying capacity of the wire;

2, do not make the wire damp, heat, corrosion or hurt, crushed, as far as possible not to let the wire through the high temperature, high humidity, corrosive steam and gas places, the wire through the easy to hurt the place to properly protect;

3, regular inspection and maintenance of the line, defects to be repaired immediately, aging wires must be replaced in time to ensure the safe operation of the line.
